24M Looking for baseball/softball team (East Side Burbs)

I just moved back to Cleveland from Cincinnati. I'm looking to join an adult baseball or softball team, preferably a men's league. I'm a good fielder, and excellent hitter. I live on the east side, but I'm willing to go anywhere. Hopefully someone has a spot open for me before the season begins.
