Hey, I'm just trying to see if anyone out there wants to get together occasionally to work out or do some cardio or something with me. I'm a 22-year old 6'3" tall guy weighing about 280 lbs. I'm very physically able both in strength and agility, but I have a flabby belly and it would be really great to fix that. I can walk forever, do endless situps, bike for 5-10 miles, jog about a mile comfortably, or do about 10 pushups before I feel like taking a rest.

My only real obstacle is that I lack the motivation to spend the time needed to get in great shape doing these types of activities. If there's anyone out there who either has some kind of workout space or equipment available that would be awesome, but it is in no way necessary. Like I said, I just lack the motivation to get in shape on my own, so I figured I'd give it a try to find if anyone else out there may be looking for a fitness partner to get in or stay in good physical shape.

I think the buddy system is one of the best tools for staying focused on your fitness goals, and am willing to be there for someone who shares that mentality.

It doesn't matter if you're young or old, male or female, big or small, as long as you're trying to do something at least moderately active, it might help to have a friend to keep eachother focused. Let's give it a shot, eh? :^)

I don't know who your progressive agent is, but I have nothing but great luck with Progressive. To sum up my past 3 years in Cleveland, my vehicles have been broke in twice at the RTA, and I've been involved in two accidents. PROGRESSIVE PAID FOR ALL THE DAMAGES minus my deductible. Plus, they paid for my rental, which I hit a deer with, and they paid for the second rental, and then they had my car back in less than a week. They also guarantee the work for life. They called throughout the week to check on how things were going with myself, the family, and the rental car. Plus, out of all the major companies, they had the best price and coverage. There was only one other company that had a better price, but it was a small company, so I declined to go with them.

If you don't have the right coverage or a high deductible...it's quite possible you will pay for the cost of the wreck or incident, or if you car is only worth $2,000 and there is $4,000 in damage...they will total it out. This is true with any insurance company.

Oh yeah, by the way, Progressive is a company...companies exist to make money and provide jobs. If you don't understand how to read your policy...that's your fault.

In the meantime, a wise lawyer once told me: If you see an insurance company spending millions on advertising, how do you think they are paying for it? Yep, by not paying claims!

When you get a quote that is half of what you WERE paying, but you have a claim that the Progressive rep laughs at, what is the true savings then? You have a dented or stolen vehicle that isn't being fixed or replaced, so where is the savings now?

Come on out every THURSDAY night for friends, food and fun!! Jimmy's Bar and Grill, in Mentor-on-the-Lake (behind the Giant Eagle Shopping Plaza) is a great place to learn to line dance, or just enjoy a drink with friends. Jimmy's has draft and wing specials, great country music, and entertainment. DJ Bubba will be there starting at 8:00pm - close, dance lessons start at 8:30. Enjoy a great time!!

We need 3-5 more girls for our indoor soccer team starting November 1 at Lost Nation sport's Park in Willoughby. All games will be played there, this is for an 8 week session. Cost is $78 and includes uniform shirt. The age of the girls must be between 10-12. No experience necessary.

I enjoy ice skating but never have anyone to go with. If you are a good skater please hit me up. I usually go to Cleveland Heights, Kent, Winterhurst in lakewood. Pretty much all over. I'm also in to working out and jogging.

Any one who knows how to play Table Tennis near Hopkins airport? Not Ping Pong - TABLE TENNIS!
They have a table at Gunnings rec. center, or maybe something closer to you? Former (35 years ago!) top ten Ohio player looking for some fun exercise, but not really interested in joining an area club, paying dues, and driving for an hour to get there.
