If you needed surgery, would you only choose a doctor based solely on what the doctor charged for his service? No, I doubt that you would. Most
likely you would choose a doctor who had expertise in the field,
one who had a good track record doing those types of surgeries, one you felt
comfortable with, got along with, and who explained the procedures to you. You’d probably also go to the one who had the facilities and the
instruments/tools necessary to perform the surgery, not one who made do with whatever tool he had available.
