This is a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom up. Times are rough for landlords and vacancies are plentiful. I just want to fill the unit to minimize vacancy so I am offering it $100 below the last renting price. It is a great unit. It is the first house I bought and remodeled. I don't have time to get over there to clean it and touch up the paint and floor scuffs but we all know that once you fill it up with furniture, it will look just as nice as when the last tenants moved out. If you are willing to put a few hours in to clean the unit and provide paint touchups (or repaint if you don't like the colors) it's a fantastic unit and I'll buy the paint as well. I lived in thise house for a number of years and the neighborhood is great. If I don't get any bites for this discounted offer I will be repainting the unit, cleaning it, and charging the fair market price of $695, which it is well worth.

It has a side porch and a back porch. Accent lighting over the fireplace. French doors into the dining room. The bedrooms are very spacious as well as all the other rooms.
