I have a slightly used 11.5 HP Briggs & Stratton engine with a vertical shaft
(shaft that comes from the bottom of engine). This engine was barely used and comes with the starter and exhaust pipe. On the top of engine it
says "Industrial/Commercial Engine" and I think the model # is 28D707. I know these engines sell for a pretty good buck so I feel $175 is a fair price.
