Seeking Partner for Technology Company (Cleveland) - $50000
Seeking a part or full time joint-venture partner to expand a software/technology company. I am an owner of a South Florida based consultancy (www.aisoftware.com) that is looking to expand its e-Commerce and Database solutions locally. Partner does not require a technical background, but would need to invest 10-15 hours per week in the business. The new company would be owned 50/50 by myself and the partner.
I am seeking a partner that is motivated by technology, enjoys new challenges,
and has been in business or in a professional setting for at least 5 years. It would also be
required to interview the potential partner in person at our Miami office or in a business
center close to the potential partner.
It is not required for a partner to prospect, “cold call” or generate leads. We are able to provide that service for the local office, along with development and training.
The company is to provide B2B e-Commerce consulting services to other
companies and then expand the solution to one of our 20+ Database Modules.
Based on our projections and the number of leads generated from the marketing, we anticipate the company could provide about 9-12K+ per partner per month after its first year of operation.
