its was NEW 20 years ago but sat in the garage I and never used it
its made to be buried in the ground and concrete poured on top, like in a basement, thats why the 4" rise by the combination door
after its buried it doesn’t burn, or put it in a wall and cover it with drywall or mortar
it has a small ammount of surface rust on the outside but the inside is great
