I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in lakewood or upper westside between $400-$600 that can accept my deposit and first months rent from PRC which stands for Prevention, Retention, Contingency. It is a program have has money available to help people relocate. i can pay $200.00 on may 15th to hold the place until PRC gives you the money Now the process for PRC takes ten days and my case worker would call you to find out who the money needs to be sent to.
