We have family in Mentor Headlands and want to be as close to them as possible. We currently have two small cats but are trying to relocate them prior to our move to Ohio. I am hoping to find something by Fall '08 and ideally, I do not want rent costs being almost as much as a small house payment, otherwise I may as well explore getting back into a house of my own. $350.00 rent is all I would like to be spending for this arrangement---and water and heat included would be ideal. I do not waste on utilities--and for how clean I keep a place---its worth it.

Now here is the arrangement I am seeking due to needing to remain on a strict budget for possible eventual overseas re-location......

I was looking for an open minded and congenial property owner who knows the value of a clean, quiet, good tenant---and who would consider dropping the typical "first and last month plus security" thing and just take the first month rent for the right tenant.

I can work off the rest with some chores as I am useful in many maintenance ways including organic landscaping. I do not want to be on a property where there is lawn chemical/fertilizer use or incessant operators of powered lawn care equipment.

I have owned a home for seven years and take pride in my place of residence so there will be no need to spend money cleaning up the place as is often the case with getting a bad tenant when my time is up. I hope that the property owner I seek takes pride in the property and is not an absentee type person nor is someone hanging over your back all the time.

As indicated above, I am working to liquidate my life and pursue a future move over seas, so it's important I keep costs down right now. If anyone out there has some kind of appropriate opportunity which we can possibly work out, please contact me. I am not desperate so please, no spammers, opportunists, and scammers. We are looking to rent a single family home in the Beachwood School District. The house should ideally have 4 bedrooms, an office room, and a finished basement. Hard wood floor and newer windows would be great. A nice, quiet street is a must.

We are a family of four (2 daughters, age 9 and 11). We do not have pets at the moment, but the kids would love to get a mid-size dog.

We have no credit/financial problems, do not smoke, and will take great care of your property. We are looking for a one year lease, or longer, if we like the place. We are willing to pay up to $ 2000 for a nice home.

Pretty easy going and not too demanding, the only thing I'd really request is the option to get internet hooked up if there isn't, and also a kitchen/stove, nothing fancy, just something I can cook in. I will have a car with me, so hopefully parking would be something of an option.

Payment's wont be an issue, but I don't want to spend too much on rent, anything under 600 would probably be fine.

I'm a nice guy, quiet and respectful and loves to have fun outside of his own place (because cleaning after a few dozen people isn't my idea of fun). I keep clean and won't cause a raucous.

Please help me out!
