I am a clean, fit, vegetarian, non-smoking person seeking an apartment in the Ohio City, Lakewood, etc..areas. I am hoping to find something by Fall '08 and ideally, I do not want rent costs being almost as much as a small house payment, otherwise I may as well explore getting back into a house of my own. $350.00 rent is all I would like to be spending for this arrangement---and water and heat included would be ideal. I do not waste on utilities--and for how clean I keep a place---its worth it.

Now here is the arrangement I am seeking due to needing to remain on a strict budget for possible eventual overseas re-location......

I was looking for an open minded and congenial property owner who knows the value of a clean, quiet, good tenant---and who would consider dropping the typical "first and last month plus security" thing and just take the first month rent for the right tenant.

I can work off the rest with some chores as I am useful in many maintenance ways including organic landscaping. I do not want to be on a property where there is lawn chemical/fertilizer use or incessant operators of powered lawn care equipment.

I have owned a home for seven years and take pride in my place of residence so there will be no need to spend money cleaning up the place as is often the case with getting a bad tenant when my time is up. I hope that the property owner I seek takes pride in the property and is not an absentee type person nor is someone hanging over your back all the time.

As indicated above, I am working to liquidate my life and pursue a future move over seas, so it's important I keep costs down right now.
