Used Square D Circuit Breakers - $60 (South Euclid)
I recently did an electrical switch-out and have the following Square D circuit breakers available. There were all installed and operational in my home beyond that I can't speak to their usefulness; some are 12-15 years old, several (the GFCI, 30 Amp and the twins in particular) are less than two years old.

5 - 15 Amp breakers
12 - 20 Amp breakers
1 - 15 Amp twin breaker (two breakers in one slot)
1 - 20 Amp twin breaker (two breakers in one slot)
I also have a Square D Circuit Breaker box available which you can take if you want, but I'm not sure it's entirely OK to use. Up to you.
