1 owner. Bought it brand new for $2807.00 on 12/20/07 off the Yamaha dealer floor, so I have the title. Selling because my teenage son doesn't come over anymore and it just sat in the garage this past summer, so it only has 1 session of riding. It was rode an estimated total of less then 25 hours. The bike has both a kick-start and electric start, but the electric starter doesn't work and I don't have the means to get it up to the shop to get it looked at / fixed. I used to use my brothers truck, but he has moved. It's a great trail bike and really good for beginners, teenagers or a woman. This is a 2008 yamaha R-6 with a GYTR slip on exhaust, GYTR air filter, lowered 3" with dogbones, rear fender delete kit, and a DYNOJET POWER COMMANDER. It has just over 2600 miles on it. I let a friend ride the bike once and it was dropped at 5 mph, there was no significant damage to the bike except for a few scratches. I am flexible with the price because its paid off and i really cant ride it due to wounds suffered during my last deployment to afghanistan. Here we have a used, 70cc dirtbike.

Bike is being sold since my son has lost interest in riding. Bike has low hours, and has sat in the shed for the past year.

There is no hand clutch to this bike either, which makes it a perfect bike for the youngster just learning how to ride. All you have to do is shift down to go up through the 4 gears, and shift up to go back down through them.

The bike has the same plastics as an XR50, with a skull graphics set, but with a 70cc Engine in it. The bike has a new gas tank on it since the cap broke off during trailering. The bike also has newer tires on it that are wider than the original. The bike started right up after a few kicks, but may need a new spark plug. I may have the spark plug for it too. Like I said, it's been sitting for the past year.

There are a few scratches on the bike from normal riding. Also, the magneto was broken off, but was repaired and the bike still runs good.

The previous owner and I always used Klotz sythetic oil for Hondas, which is better than regular oil. Gets 100 mpg.

Selling a 1982 Honda Nighthawk 650. One dent on the side of the tank. Paint could use a refresh. Runs good, needs a carb cleaning b/c its been sitting without being ridden for a while. I started it and rode around the block in september. New rear tire and newer battery. Horn doesn't seem to work. Rear signal stalks are broken. She needs some work, but I'm selling her cheap, cheap, cheap b/c of it. Clutch is hydraulic and apparently a little low on fluid, had to add fluid to it when I bought it 2 years ago, was a simple process.

I bought a Vulcan 1500 so there's no need for the nighthawk. If it doesn't sell, I'll be making a custom project out of it. Don't try to lowball me, I'm in no hurry to sell so it's not going to work. I'm going to try to add some pictures over the next day or two.

No cashiers checks, unless it's from a reputable local bank and I will be verifying. If you can get a cashiers check, you can get cash.... it's the same process. Harley Evolution motor with Ultima cases, Crane cam and ignition, forged pistons and a E.M.C. belt driven supercharger ($5000+) 5 speed trans., complete primary set up to be used with the supercharger, starter, billet tree's, chrome lowers, billet headlight, one piece tank with pop up cap, seat, front and rear fenders, round oil tank, brand new hand controls, Performance Machine calipers, drag bars. CLEAN OHIO TITLE!!!!! The main parts that are still needed are a drive pulley and belt, rotors, forward controls, kick stand and misc. like wiring and brake lines. This is a one adult owned motorcycle that is treated like a baby. Bought new in 2005. Many add on's to this bike including a custom BIG STRAIGHT exhaust system that really turn's head's. It has an awsome sound due to the baffle work that was done.Exahaust is made by Hard Chrome Inc. I still have the factory 2 into one full lengh exhaust that came stock. Front spotlight's with bright hallogen light's. Chrome neck cover's. Installed a hypercharger by Kuryakin that made a big difference in the performance.Carb was rejeted to the spec's for the hypercharger. Chrome side cover's added,still have the factoy blue cover's.A chrome radiator grill also added on. Bike has forward control's. Custom grip's. Paint is a 2 stage blue purple changing colors depending on light condition's. Spider light's to set off the chrome accent's added.. Bike is absolutely beautifull.
