The Gibson Robot Les Paul Studio Ltd. is an electric guitar that offers all the power, tone, and performance of a traditional LP Studio model, with the addition of the revolutionary Robot automatic tuning system.

You activate the Gibson Robot Les Paul with the Master Control Knob (MCK) that functions as a tone control in the down position and is pulled up to activate the tuning system. In addition to standard (A-440Hz) tuning, six commonly used tunings are selectable from the MCK. Users can also program their own custom tunings as well as set the guitar's intonation. Now, with the Gibson Robot Guitar, you'll spend more time playing-in tune. In live performance you can easily change tunings practically soundlessly on the fly, keeping your show flowing smoothly.

I have some Canare GS 6 instrument / interconnect cable left over from a studio wiring job. Red and black.
This is top quality wire - I'll post in the info available on it below.
Great for DIY cable projects - I run it in my guitar rig as well as use it for interconnects in the studio. The double shielding does a great job of noise rejection.
Asking for a $1 / foot.

INFO on the GS6 cable:

A specially designed Oxygen Free Copper 18 AWG cable for connecting Guitar/Bass or Keyboards to amps, mixers, effects pedals and all outboard signal processing gear. Low capacitance and low series resistance provides improved frequency response (flat to 50kHz). A bright, ringing characteristic sound is preserved, even when using HI-Z guitar pickups with long cable runs. The proprietary double Carbon/Braid Copper shield construction eliminates microphonic handling noise, especially on stage where amps are often set at maximum volume levels. Also highly recommended for Amp Head to Speaker Cabinet leads.

Classic analog synth, in regular use today at studios all over the world and by artists ranging from the Chemical Brothers to Depeche Mode. This is the HS-60 "SynthPlus" version, which is a Juno-106 with integral amplified speakers and a different color scheme. It also has a vibrant chorus effect built in that the Juno 106 doesnt have.

Specs: a six-voice analog synth from the 1980's, with the warmth for which analogs are known. It also features a full 5-octave keyboard, ultra-simple one-slider-per-function programming, 128 slots of patch memory, and MIDI. This synth has one of the best MIDI specs you are ever likely to find on an analog instrument: every key and slider can be recorded, programmed, and remote-controlled from the sequencing software of your choice.

For Sale: JBL 4406 studio reference moniters (Cleveland Heights) $150

$150* obo

JBL's 4406 Studio Reference Monitor features a compact design for delivering optimum performance in restricted spaces. Modeled on the same principles that describe all studio monitors of the JBL brand, this one also renders controlled distribution, smooth overall response and top quality phonic output.

Closely spaced drivers result in exceptional sound coherency; while an optimum enclosure porting and network design promise a smooth response. The complex network design results in a flawless system frequency response. Baffle control in the front facilitates simple adjustment of the transducer level to match the requirement.

A modest size should not be taken to undermine its sound producing capability, which is good enough to emit the even upper musical octave (10 kHz – 20 kHz) with great accuracy. Such efficiency makes this small yet powerful package appropriate for monitoring critical digital and advanced analog recordings.

If you want great sound output from a small package, this one's for you! A Titanium designed dome gives out high frequency output while the low frequency delivery is taken care of by the polypropylene cone driver. Easy controls allow you to quickly modulate the frequency level for your studio monitor to perform as you like it to.

Key Features:

* Frequency range (- 6dB): 45Hz – 27 kHz
* Frequency response (± 2dB): 55Hz – 20 kHz
* Sensitivity: 87 dB SPL, I W (2.83 V), 1 m
* Power rating: 7 Watts
* 165 mm (6.5 in) Low Frequency, filled polypropylene cone transducer
* 25 mm (1 in) High Frequency, pure titanium dome radiator
* Oiled walnut finish
* Black grille color
* Overall Dimensions: 390 mm x 238 mm x 216 mm (15 3/8 in x 9 3/8 in x 8 ˝ in)
* Weight: 7.7 kg (17 lb)

Marshall 1960A cabinet. Original owner, purchased in 1993. Basically, I saved up for a Marshall back in the day and by the time I got the scratch, I was off to college, then moved out of state. Much fewer than 100 hours through these original Celestion GT75s... you know, the ones they actually made in ENGLAND back in the day before farming their non-alnico models out to China in the late-90s or early-00s. This is the closest example to showroom mint you are likely to get on a cab. Never gigged, smoke-free, climate-controlled environment. The only thing that keeps it from "dead mint" condition is a single tolex tear on the bottom of the cabinet, pictured below. Grille is immaculate as is the tolex everywhere else. The only reason why I am selling this is because it would cost over $100 to ship this monster out of state and I already have another 4x12 there. If you want it, you have a few days to let me know before I head out. Otherwise, I make appropriate arangements and it joins me and my '93' 4100 head out of state. Thanks for looking!

I bought these pickups thinking I was going to drop them into my HSS Strat, and ended up selling the guitar before I ever dropped them in, so my loss is your gain, and I can't afford to have these sit around any longer. These active pickups will give you all the gain you need for screaming harmonics and slammin' distortion, to softer overdrive tones, and clear blues tones in the neck position as well. Here's the link for the EMG-81:

This is a Classic, and a very useful one.

The DS35 is known to fatten up any thin voice that you throw at it, because it's proximity effect (bass-boost when worked close-up) extends high into the midbass region. It doesn't have a squawky mid-peak either, rather an extended high-end rise that lends good articulation to a voice.

great for instruments, too.

In great used shape - works perfectly!

email please - I will check it often, thanks!

Subs for sale!! (Broadview Heights) $250

Hello,

We just upgraded our subs, so we're no longer in need of our old ones. They are Peavey 118 subs. They are in a storage unit, but they look like the picture (minus the casters). They are great for venues that hold up to 500 people. We are selling them for $250 each or $500 for the pair. Here is what the online sales say about them:

The Peavey PV 118 Single 18" Subwoofer is a compact, vented subwoofer system using an 18" heavy-duty woofer with a 3" voice coil and a 65-oz. magnet. The black, perforated steel grille and steel corners provide protection and a professional appearance, and the sturdy steel handles allow ease of transport. A top polemount for 1-3/8" stand poles is incorporated and can be connected in parallel for daisy-chaining or to send a full-range signal to a P.A. cabinet. The impressive 400W program power rating allows plenty of gut-pounding bass. The internal low-pass crossover network, along with the vented enclosure, provides great bass response that will add the thump you desire.

Peavey PV 118 Single 18" Subwoofer Features:

* Vented bass subwoofer enclosure
* Pro Eighteen 18" premium woofer
* Optimized internal low-pass crossover network
* Polemount
* 400W program power handling
* 40Hz-180Hz (±3 dB)
* 95dB at 1W/1m
* 8 ohms
* Dado-jointed 3/4" MDF construction
* Heavy-duty powder-coated metal grille
* 22"W x 27"H x 19-1/2"D
* 73-1/2 lbs.

traynor ycv 80 2x12 combo 80 all tube watts....newer jj tubes ....great condition...very loud...awesome tone....looking to trade for a tube head...or 650 cash....i paid 950 for it new...email with any questions

The big daddy of Traynor's all-tube line.

The Traynor Custom Valve YCV80 2x12 Combo Amp harnesses a complement of 4 - 5881 tubes in the power stage and 3 - 12AX7s in the preamp wedded to a pair of 12" Celestion 70/80 speakers. Nothing matches the rich, creamy distortion and complex harmonics of all-tube output. The tonality and sheer output of the Traynor amp are awe-inspiring. A Scoop switch on the lead channel adds body while an Expander switch on the clean channel opens up a range of crystalline rhythm tones. Included footcontroller switches channels and activates boost. Traynor's DynaSound direct output gives the YCV80 combo the sound of a miked cab for studio work. Speaker simulation on the XLR direct and headphone outputs. A speaker defeat switch is handy for silent direct recording or practice. The parallel effects loop with separate trim pots offers greater effects control while a series effects loop gives you signal path flexibility. Vintage Traynor looks with the classic front-mounted logo on a rugged vinyl-clad plywood cab with chrome corners. The recessed rear control panel is easily accessed while staying out of harm's way. Traynor gives you a 2-year warranty with your YCV80 combo amp.

LP type guitar set neck/mahogany/flamed maple top/Bigsby/mods/Case/AMP (Chagrin Falls/Bainbridge) $400

Here is a really nice, resonant, toneful player with excellent setup and nice features and mods (read below). I really love this guitar and set it up like I'd never sell it, but it's really heavy (about 13 lb.), which is great for tone (heavy=density=sustain), but not great for my back - this is for you young ones who rock.

It's a Brownsville Les Paul copy from SamAsh, set neck, solid mahogany body and neck, nicely flamed maple top (all like real Les Pauls). The camera doesn't really do justice - the sunburst is NOT red (what gibson would call cherry), but rather it's a beautiful honey amber color. I really fell in love with the color when I first bought it. It's a real flamed maple top, the flame is on the subtle side, but very pretty.

Here are the features/mods:

GFS Dream 180 Alnico V humbuckers with coil-split switching (a switch makes them sound like single coils or back to humbucker mode) and also a phase switch (for that quacky out of phase sound, hello Jimmy Page - this switch allows you to put the 2 humbuckers out of phase with each other in the middle position. switch it off and you're back to traditional sound)
GuitarFetish.com sells these pickups as "PAF meets Filtertron", but to me they're more like a nice Alnico V humbucker with just a touch of the filtertron twang. I love these! You can play Stray Cat Strut on these as confidently as heavy rock. They are hot, but sweet-toned, not harsh at all, not overbearing and not sterile - you can get a massive crunch or a sweet glassy surfy clean. The single-coil mode is pretty strong (conventional humbuckers suffer from anemic coil-split mode), it's not exactly like a strat, but a nice single-coil tone. You can find reviews and listen to samples of these pickups on YouTube. My favorite feature is that when playing through a nice tube amp crunch, you can still hear each individual string of a chord, nice clarity.
updated tone capacitor (orange drop) and updated potentiometers (all 500K) - unlike a Les Paul, this guitar has individual pickup volumes, but only 1 "master" tone knob.
Fully shielded cavity (not that it needs it - these pickups are very well shielded, not noisy, even in single-coil mode). But just to be sure I lined the control cavity and pickup cavities with copper foil and grounded it properly (no ground loops).
GFS Bigsby-style vibrato - i have a real bigsby on another guitar, it's identical quality, nice, solid machine, very well made.
GFS strap locks (and I'll include a black nylon strap)
GFS locking Wilkinson EZ-LOK tuners (no mechanism to break)
GFS Wilkinson locking roller bridge (keeps it in tune when rocking the bigsby). This is a great bridge - once you set it up for a certain string gauge, you lock it and if you keep the same string gauge, you never have to do a setup!
Professionaly made "tremnut" delrin nut - this is an ultra slick material that prevents strings from binding in the nut, so it stays in tune when you rock the bigsby (this is a $50 job).
Fresh strings

I REALLY prefer that you bring your favorite little tube amp to test-drive this guitar (because it deserves it), but even if you're a tube amp snob, you need a practice amp sometimes, so:

I have a Brownsville 35GR solid-state amp with a channel footswitch. This is a 35-watt amp that can be used as practice amp (has headphone out) or you "could" use it as your main amp - it can get loud enough to play with a drummer, but I would prefer a tube amp :)

This amp has a 10" speaker and is really nicely made (rumor has it that Brownsville took over a closing Fender plant in Korea back in the 90's and were using remnants to build these). Actually pretty nice, not very different from Fender solid-states, same cab, different grille cloth. Has a clean and an overdrive channel (and a footswitch), reverb, EQ. No miracles in tone here, just a nice, reliable amp, maybe you can spruce it up with pedals.

I really don't "need to" sell this amp, but wanted to offer it in case somebody needs a practice amp. You don't have to buy this amp, if you are interested only in the guitar, just email me.

I was thinking $400 for the guitar with case/strap, $100 for the amp OR $450 for both. Email me with any questions, I have a few more photos that didn't fit into Craigslist. If you're not too far, just come on over and play it.
CASH ONLY please, no scammers (if you are sending an email, don't just say "is the item still for sale?" - i will delete those, ask me a specific guitar question or pickup question, etc. then i'll know you're not a scammer).
P.S. I know what many will say: "you can get a new Epiphone Les Paul for about $500..." let me tell you my honest opinion without putting down Epiphones... I used to have an Epi LP Custom back in the 90's, nice guitar (I had Gibson Classic '57 pickups in it, loved it). What people don't often realize is that Epiphones NEED new pickups - it's not just that the stock pickups sound lousy (cheap chinese pickups), they also usually squeal - they get microphonic at band volumes, so they can be unuseable. Now, this guitar is just like the Epiphones in build quality and also needed new pickups (which I put in). But this one guitar also happened to be a really REALLY toneful slab of wood. It resonates, you can tell even playing unplugged. That's why I initially bought it.

Now, you take a $500 new Epi, add to it the cost of new pickups, a case, setup, electronics, Bigsby, new bridge, new nut, new tuners, etc. and what do you get? :)
And please don't compare the cheaper Epi Les Paul Juniors, 100's, Specials (all beginner guitars) - those are cheap guitars with bolt-on necks, made of mistery wood... kids abandon these as soon as they learn to play. Sorry about the lengthy write up. If you're not too far, just come on over and play it - you'll forget about the Epiphones, as did I.

I'm willing to do mostly trades because I don't really have any money at the moment. I'm willing to trade music gear, NASCAR collectables/autographs, a bunch of Beatles memorablilia, tons of original vintage records (I have a very rare White Album with the serial number printed on front) band t-shirts, I'll work for you, I'm pretty much willing to do anything for one of those guitars mentioned.
Purchased back in the early 90's, played it for a couple years, then barely touched it the past ten years. Never any problems, sounds great with clean or distortion channel, excellent sounding chorus!!!
80 watts, solid state, The cabnet contains four 12" celestian speakers wired in stereo. Relatively light for a large amp. This amp would be a perfect fit for a young rocker!!! Would make a beautiful keyboard amp as well.

GOLDLINE ASA10 HANDHELD Audio Spectrum Analyzer (Lakewood) $95

This is the original GOLDLINE Audio Spectrum Analyer. You noise your system (PA or studio monitors) with the included Pink Noise Generator, and make corrections with your EQUALIZER.

You will never hear your system so flat and accurate. Your ears are simply not this good - but you will immediately hear the difference.

I bought this in 1980, and it works perfectly today.

Email please - my Blackberry is not working. We can do this via email - I'll check often, thanks!

I'VE BEEN ASKED WHAT THIS DOES... I will try to explain:

You inject the Pink Noise (which is a neutral, flat signal containing all frequencies from high to low) into your system (via any kind of input).

You use the Analyzer (which "listens" with an accurate condenser mic) to check if the signal shows FLAT (or rather equal energy) throughout the spectrum from low bass through high treble. Simply adjust with your equalizer until the signal shows flat on the analyzer, and you are getting perfect response.

Impossible to do with your ears, and easy with an analyzer and pink-noise source.

thanks! - Jeff
This Kent snare dates to the 40's. It has a 14" head width. The Weather King Ambassador head is well played. It looks like mahogany. It has 6 lugs, and the hardware has started to corrode in places. It has some surface rust on the lower ring. It looks like some of the snare hardware might be missing, not sure. The bottom hyde head is torn. It has a norwood stand that still has it's original box. The stand has little surface rust on it. There are sticks and brushes included. The carrying case has a leather handle that is still attached, but has seen the better day. It needs a good cleaning.

Ludwig Bass Drum dates to 1964. It's a 22" drum, 16 3/4" depth. The green & gold paint scheme looks to be the original. It has 10 lugs. The leg hardware is marked Ludwig. There is hardware on top of the drum for a cymbal, maybe (?), and it is rusted on it's base. I'm told this is a Century single tension model with a Duco color scheme, and it might have been part of a Clubdate kit. Someone used duct tape and possibly a wash cloth as a sound dampener. Too much boom for the basement I guess.

Very cool old snare drum that dates to the 1920's. The J.G. Richardson Co. became part of the Leedy Banjo Company on 1926, so this drum was manufactured prior to that. It's head width is 14 3/4. It has a Jos. Rogers JR. Daisy Brand hyde head that is still intact. It's probably mahogany. The drum has 12 lugs, but is missing the bottom half of one lug. The bottom skin is also hyde, but it is torn. This drum has a light inside of it. I've never plugged it in, so unsure if it works. Apparently, in the day, this served 2 purposes-It kept the hyde head warm, so it would stay in better tune longer, and it added to the visual on stage. Cool. The vintage stand has no maker's name on it, but it sports a patent date of June 23, 08.

This case will fit most of the Fender 3/4 size guitars like a Mustang, Cyclone, Music Master or Duo Sonic style Guitar. It will not fit a Strat, Tele, or Jaguar. It is in pretty decent shape for being over 30 years old. The outside has some minor wear. The inside is also in decent condition including the neck hold down strap which does work. The hinges all work fine. The latch in the middle works. The lower latch where the body is slightly dented in. It's stiff but works. The latch up by the neck needs the clasp and is also fixable. The handle is fine and solid. This is a usable case that's totally vintage U.S.A. Fender and will only increase in value.

This is a new "Torino Red" Telecaster body that will accept U.S.A. Vintage Fender parts or compatible.
The Torino Red finish is really nice and shines.
I don't know who made it or what type of wood it is.
All the pickup, control cavity, and neck routs are done.
The 7/8" hole for the input jack and the flat area are there as well.
The 4 neck attachment holes have been been pre-drilled.
The hole spacings measure 2" x 1-1/2", and fit a standard Fender neckplate.
The body thickness is approx 1-3/4".
There aren't any bridge string through holes on the back. The only holes on the back are the neck mounting holes.
There are no contours on the front or back.
Also there aren't any pickguard holes, bridge mounting holes, or Strap lock holes.
There is the standard bridge ground wire hole that is drilled on an angle that feeds into the bridge pickup cavity, which is covered by the bridge itself once installed.
This body would be a great candidate for a Bigsby tremolo bridge,
or you can mount a multitude of Tele style bridges as it's wide open for customizing.
The neck pocket dimensions are approx 3"long x 2-3/16"wide at the base of the body x 5/8" deep.
This body will accept any U.S.A. Fender, or any Licenced Fender Telecaster replacement neck that is a standard Fender 25 1/2" scale.

Cosmetically is also in 100% perfect/flawless condition (no carpet tears, no bumps, no bruises). This was purchased in late 2008 from Guitar Center for $179+.
5 String De Armond Pilot Plus V Bass (Cleveland - West) $130

I set up guitars for a living and this bass is one of the many things that comes my way as payment in exchange for work. It's pretty decent. Active electronics. Fair amount of scuffing on the front and back but nothing serious. It plays very well as I just did a full set up on it including new D'Addario XL strings (.045-.130), truss adjustment, intonation and cleaning of the electronics and fingerboard oiling. The only thing not 100% with it is that the cover for the battery is missing. You can add a piece of tape if you want, but I just put some foam in there to hold it in.

I'm not looking to make a huge profit, just get my money. The price is just the cost of the work plus the price of the strings. Unfortunately I do not have a case or a bag that fits or I would just throw that in.

All trades or partial trades will be responded to.
