The space that will be SHARED is the spacious and classy looking waiting area that the guests are welcomed with which is about 400sq ft (20x20). A bathroom will also be shared that is your typical restroom.<br>

The office is currently setup with one room as a kitchen area, two rooms are completely empty, and we're utilizing two of the rooms. We have the waiting area setup nicely with some display items which can be re-arranged so we can share the space. There is a spacious meeting room we use and will be happy to share which is about 400sq ft.<br>
<br>
So ultimately you'll have three rooms totaling just shy of 400sq feet to yourself and we're happy to share the rest.<br>

Rent of $300 per month is all inclusive and provides you with:<br>
