Requirements:
- Long-term agreement.

- I would need garage doors to be 10’-0” x 8’-0” (min.) or bigger.

- Electrical, water, sewer and heat. Would like to be able to do anything I want inside.

- I would need to be able to put up my sign exposed to daily traffic areas. I look forward in hearing from you.
