I have a vortec 350 pulled from a 2000 chevy 1ton it has 70k miles on it. the engine is a long block with the intake plenum and fuel injection unit(removed), distributor, valve covers exhaust manifolds, harmonic balancer etc. all it needs is cleaned up a little and installed!!!
