<description><![CDATA[I am an out of state investor that can no longer travel to Cleveland due to a health issue and have to liquidate my homes.  I have 20 homes, 4 of which are two families and the rest are single families.  They are mostly 3 bedroom, some 4, the two families are usually 2 bedroom units.  They are split evenly between the east and the west side, the neighborhoods are all safe and the homes have been completely renovated and are rented with good tenants that either pay themselves or the city pays.  I am looking to get rid of these any way possible.  So if someone wants to buy them or they know of someone and want to put together a deal for 1, 2, 5, 10 or all 20 I will pay a finders fee to that person that they will find more than generous.  I have photos, appraisals and any information that would help someone in determining if this is a good deal.  I am happy to send my list to anyone that asks for it, which has asking prices, rents, cash flows, etc..

I put up photos of 4 of them, the exteriors, these were taken before renovation which is why there are boards on the home, I assure you they are no longer boarded up and are in excellent shape.  My maintenance of all of these properties is very inexpensive since I invested a lot in the original reconstruction.
