We are looking for a nice place within reasonable driving distance of our jobs, and within our budget (we are paying $400 now, but are getting a very good deal, and are very open to increased rent, and understand that we probably won't get as good of a deal) to either rent or even purchase if need be. We prefer to be out in the country, have use of a yard, garage, etc., but open to other things if need be. We'd strongly prefer to avoid living in a city setting, but would consider it. We would also strongly prefer not to share a place.

I have good references (you can even speak with my current landlord once we're reading to talk moving in/out.), and two stable full time jobs, as well as a fiance with a full time job as well, so no problems with income or paying the rent.

We are quiet, calm, and drug/smoke free, no criminal records, are very careful and considerate of our places, and will not damage or wreck anyone's place. We have always left places cleaner and nicer than we came into them. We also have a small dog and a small cat, both housebroken, extremely quiet, and potty trained with NO ACCIDENTS...would even be willing to put down a small deposit or sign an agreement should something get damaged, but I am certain it won't. (however, I can possibly figure something else out involving my dog if that is a dealbreaker.)

We both work day shifts, and have very stable, consistent jobs (you can even speak to my employers if you'd like). I also have previous work experience in private security, including property protection, as well as past experience doing handy work for my current landlord, so if either of those are something useful to you, please let me know.
