I have a 3 bedroom 1 bath property located on the near west side of Cleveland near West 81st and Lorain. The house was completely remodeled from top to bottom about a couple of years ago. It has newer windows, doors, siding, wiring, furnace, hot water tank; every room in the house has been redone with new insulation in all the walls. It has a newer concrete driveway and a 2 ½ car garage. This is a house that I grew up in; I lived there for 37 years.
The house is currently rented out to one of the best tenants in the world. She is on section 8 but she does not abuse the system. She has a little girl and a boy. When I go over there the house is always very clean and well kept up, currently under our lease she does not have access to the garage. Section 8 pays $509 each month and the tenant pays the other $203 for a total of $712 a month. She has been renting from me since September 2007 and ALWAYS pays on the first of the month. The rent is subject to go up in Sept. 2008. I will be trying to raise it to $750.
This would make a great investment from someone. The tenant does not plan on leaving for a while so this could be a great income/investment property.
