Need to sell my brand new contruction dream home. Husband is being transferred and we need to sell fast!
The house is not even a year old and the devopment is only a few years old. Very nice, family oriented area with many amenities close by. Development is not completed yet and will be adding a park soon.
Our home is a 2200+ sq ft colonial on a cul-de-sac. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open floor plan.
Great room w/18 ft stone gas fireplace and huge 18 ft open ceiling, HUGE kitchen w/tons of cabinets and middle island. Morning room off of kitchen with cathedral ceiling and wall of windows. Slider off the back. Formal dining room has side bay window.
Master suite has cathedral ceiling and is also very large. Walk in closet and private bathroom w/linen closet. Basement is partially finished. We have the walls completed and painted and just finished building a wet bar w/marble top and pergo flooring behind bar. Plumbing is installed for a full bath downstairs. Just installed an alarm system.
Most of the house is already painted and all windows have brand new blinds.
Front of home has cordless cellular shades and back has all faux wood white blinds. The blinds alone cost $3000 and we are leaving them all.
Homes on the street were purchased for average cost of $250,000 to $300,000 range. We are willing to discuss purchase price. We have not yet listed with a Realtor but are in the process of interviewing. Would prefer to sell by owner if possible. Also, we are open to other options like rent to own or other creative financing ideas.
