We're moving North to be closer to Family, we've lived here 9 years. While we were discussing selling our home, car & boat I said "Wouldn't it have been nice to have just come down here and had all these right from the start?". . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Then the idea, Let's just put them altogether and give someone a great deal. . . . . . . .
So here it is, and it's for Real!
HOME . . . .is a Mobile in a 55 + park. Community is on Lake Jesse, one of the Chain of Lakes here that connect all the way over to Cypress Gardens, and more! Were right between Winter Haven and Auburndale, as NIce a little Family town as you'll find anywhere. about 40 minutes from Disney, 50 minutes to Busch Gardens and about 1 1/2 hrs drive from the Gulf or the Atlantic Beaches. Golf courses all around, tennis too. We have lots of pictures of the home, that's Jan's department.

BOAT . . . . my department at last, she's a 22 foot SilverLine Cabin Cruiser. Was a Family weekender and project, but they've all moved North. Last time she was out in saltwater my Son took her for a weekend on the water Scuba Diving in the Keys. We dry docked her after and did a complete anti-fouling bottom job on her. Then removed the rear seating and engine cover for remodeling and the floor right in front of the motor is 'soft' needs replaced. She has a GM produced Mercruiser 228 HP V-8, ( needs a rebuild), also a 10 HP Mercury outboard (kicker) and a small electric trolling motor. Equipped with a Marine radio, Fish Finder, compass etc. Just would be a great hobby to get her 'Ship Shape'. I have her docked right here at the house on Lake Jesse, at the community dock (free) with electric hook up. I'm down there about every evening on the boat 'putzin', . . . . ID # SKV58525M78D
This is really a situation I would have liked to have when we came down. So maybe we can pass it along. Family's too far away and the GrandKids are growing too fast, so we're moving.
