$800 Hospital resident looking for roommate (University Heights) (map)
I am a 27 years old female and am a resident at University Hospital. I am looking for a roommate to share my house and help with the mortgage. The house is in University Heights. The rent is $800 per month + half of utilities (heat/gas/electricity). I will not charge for phone/internet/TV since you did not make those selections. The house is fully furnished although if you have your own furniture that's fine as well. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with the bathrooms newly redone. A furnished basement with a treadmill will also be for both of our use. The kitchen appliances are all new. Other things to mention: a fenced in backyard with a patio, a washer and dryer in the basement, a two car garage and wireless internet through out the house. The house is within 10 minutes of University Hospital and Cleveland Clinic and within 5-7 minutes of Legacy Village and Coventry. Down town is about 15-20 minutes away.
