The 3rd floor of our home is available for one person if you are a quiet, respectful and responsible person. There are 3 rooms and a bathroom with a tub/shower. I am happy to share use of my kitchen downstairs provided you do limited cooking. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the apartment. We usually have graduate students or a full time working individual. We prefer no automobile and no pets as we have two dogs who are very friendly. The rent includes all utilities. Security deposit is $500.
