We (two female graduate students)are looking for 1 or 2 more people to fill our house. I have already lived hear for 2 years, and I love it!
Available:
- 3rd floor of house, which includes:
- bedroom
- bathroom
- very large living space
Included:
- One covered garage parking spot in the drive way.
- Shared first floor of the house, including:
- kitchen with new appliances and dishwasher
- large formal dining room
- living room with working fireplace
- sun room that is heated and open all year
- half bath
- Full basement, including:
- room for storage
- washer/drier.
Commute: It's less than or equal to 10 minutes to CWRU and CCF with morning traffic. (20 minute bike. 45 minute walk.) 7 minute walk to Coventry. 7 minute drive to Severence and Target.
Owners: The landlords are awesome people, sharing wine and laughs with us.
Contingencies: No smoking in the house. Keep the common areas clean. Keep the kitchen really clean! Chores are shared. Food is not. And be considerate of your post-call roomate who goes to sleep at 8:30pm!
Pets: No dogs, but a free roaming house cat is welcome.
Price: 550 for the 3rd floor. Utilities ~150 each month
