Gorgeous. Deer, wild turkey, coyotes, owls, raptors, hawks, eagles, song birds- have all been spotted here.
Park in a nice garage w/ your own opener. You will have access to wireless network. Big house, clean newer. Very large closet in room, another in hallway and yet another in your large bathroom.Basement storage (aprox 20'x4'x8' maybe a bit more). Full kitchen privileges. Washer/Dryer. Heated garage if you need it. Work out room in basement w/shower. You will treated as an equal, not a temp.
If you have an ATV, or dirtbike (no guests) that is no problem either about a mile of trails, inside storage as well. Hike over the gorgeous park like farm, with a long bike trail not far away. Your kids will be welcome here and able to use the property. You will have hunting privileges/birdwatching/gardening/target shooting/mountain biking/BMX etc etc as well/ if that suits. Mudroom as you come in the back door for seasonal heavy gear.
This is a non-smoking house, however there is a Victorian smoking porch on the second floor and you can always step outside- the mudroom is suitable in bad weather.
You will need a cell phone, we are totally wireless here. No land lines.
Watch TV, sit at the fireplace. Sit on the wrap around porch and watch traffic go by. Pack a lunch and go out back and escape for a few hours.

Crime is a non-issue here. Noise and traffic are fairly nonexistent.
I was selling the place, but have decided instead to keep it, hence- I need a room mate. If you have a small pet, we could discuss that. No large mean dogs, no really freaky multiple cat/ferret people please. A bird that doesnt scream bloody murder at 2AM or squawks non-stop possibly acceptable too.
