Purchased this camper three years ago. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because with a teenager in the house I wasn't sure the amount of use it would get. As it turns out, the trailer wasn't used once last year due to everyones conflicting schedules. It doesn't look good for this year either so I would rather someone else who could use this have it. Canvas is in real good shape, I fixed all the exterior and interior lights and ran new wiring inside the trailer two years ago. There is a spare tire. The furnace works but the old propane operated frig. was removed because it didn't work well and I couldn't get it as clean as I would have liked. I had purchased a 4.2 cu ft frig. that worked very well for us. The water tank and associated plumbing was removed because it was fithy and it was cost prohibitive to replace it given the age of the trailer. There is an awning with this camper.
