Has propane furnace, water heater, fresh water tank, 3-way fridge, 3 burner stove inside and 2 burner outside, outside shower, inside sink, 110/12v converter, awning and screened add-a-room from Coleman never used. Interior is very clean with no tears or stains and no missing parts.

Exterior is also very clean with no damage,one piece abs roof, and canvas is in great condition with no tears. I added a receiver on the rear bumper for a bike rack, bike rack not included.

Electric brakes and wheel bearings serviced every year, new tires last year due to dry rot. This camper was used very little during its life by the previous owner, which is a good friend of mine, and has been very well maintained. Just returned from a camping trip today and everything works great.

All accessories(hoses, cords, adapters) needed to operate this camper are included, plus a just purchased Coleman Camper Caddie ($90, not installed yet).

I just spent $200 on this camper last Thursday and had no intentions of selling it when we left this weekend, but while camping the wife found a travel trailer we can't pass up. I have owned it for about two years now. I rode it all this winter, but it seemed to be running really rich in one cylinder and if you didnt keep on the throttle all the time it seemed to always foul out the one side. So i think it needs the carbs adjusted or something like that. I just havent had the time to mess with it. It does however have ski skins on it that are in good condition. It will need a seat cover, the one on it is pretty torn up. It has 3666 miles on it. The track is also studded, im not exactly sure how many there is though. Overall i think it just needs a good tune up. The trailer is in ok condition. Was used alot, used to have sides on it but they have recently been takin off and converted back for a snowmobile trailer. only thing it needs is the ply wood replaced eventually. sled is on it now, loaded up ready to be hooked up and driven home! I bought this RV about 3 years ago from a dealership in Arizona. I flew out and drove it home. It had some old tires so I had them replaced on the way back. Other than that, it made it 2900 miles back home without a problem. Since then I've been short on time and it's fallen into a bit of disrepair. The roof is leaking in spots, and one window looks like it needs to resealed. The interior ceiling covering in the living room area will also need to be replaced. It has not been started in about a year so the batteries are flat and will need to be replaced. It was fuel stabilized every year before winter and the water lines have been winterized.

It has a bedroom with 2 beds, lots of storage areas, bathroom with shower and sink. Kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, sink. The living area has 4 chairs plus pull out couch. It has a generator that worked last time I tried it but it was running a little rough so it may need a tune up. 2 ceiling air conditioners, central vacuum system, hot water tank, and forced air heat. Fresh water hose, and sewage hose included.

This thing is a blast and I wish I had more time to spend fixing it up.

I am selling this RV as is for $3000 or best offer. I have the original sale receipt for $50,000 back in 1982. You are more than welcome to contact me and come check it out. Bring a couple of batteries and drive it away or have it hauled to a shop for a new roof. This is a nice, cheap class A RV for someone with a little time to invest. We have a 1978 24' Class C Mallard Motorhome on a Ford Chassis , 460 V-8 automatic 10-12 MPG runs exceptional no loss of power climbing a hill , good brakes ,tires like new , exhaust if fine interior has been updated with new linoleum and carpeting last year as well as new interior paint and curtains , mini blinds etc setup with overhead bunk that sleeps 2 and jacknife sofa that also sleeps 2 has double stainless steel sink in kitchen area 4 burner stove with oven , microwave , fridge with small freezer ( fridge will freeze your drinks to slush after a few days if in the back of it ) ICE cold roof top air , rear bath with tub/shower combo ,sink and toilet ... has furnace ( I never used it so cant comment on working order of it but not much to go wrong with them )... has 2 interior tables one small behind passenger seat that can be taken down in 20 seconds time and a cot placed there for additional sleeping and one long one in front of jacknife sofa that also removes quickly when not in use Has large awning and exterior electrical outlets spare tire on back ( also like new )roof was coated last season but had prior water leaks so some stains need touch up paint put on them ... do not let the year scare you this Motorhome runs GREAT I would not be afraid of taking it across country tomorrow !!
