Job Description:
Dominant duty is outside sales servicing existing customer base. Always interested in new business development and diversity with customers.
Territory predominantly local, but do have customers as far as California. 90% of company business is aerospace heat treating or brazing. Emphasis is placed on servicing established accounts and the development of new business. The successful candidate will focus on planning, developing, and implementing strategies for generating revenues and assisting with problem solving.
Education:
BS/BA degree or equivalent job-related experience.
The Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary + Benefits Package
There is usually some type of "Profit Sharing" based on the Cleveland plant profits.
The Ideal Candidate:
-MUST have 2+ years TECHNICAL SALES experience.
-MUST have technical knowledge in principles of heat treating or very similar metals industry experience.
-MUST be local to Cleveland or close enough for a short move and willing to self relocate.
-MUST possess sales skills and aptitude such as selling a service, understanding market potentials, understanding the competition, building and maintaining partnerships.
