Looking for energetic and driven individuals to be part of my team. I am a broker for two of the largest timber companies in the Midwest, both being in Ohio. I am looking for individuals who can market, advertise, pursue leads, and most importantly, find landowners who own acreage of wooded land. I am looking for landowners who want cash for their timber and in todays struggles, they are out there trust me. If you have the ability and resourcefulness to find these people, you are what I'm looking for and you will make a lot of money. Sales can be a tough job in this economy, but this sales position provides the opportunity to put several thousands of dollars into prospective buyers pockets, without taking a cent from them. Sounds good right?

Timber is a commodity, just like gold and everything you see publicly traded on the stock market. The companies I broker for pay top dollar for hardwoods, and pay accordingly. A typical sale can net you a finder's fee of anywhere between $500-$3,000, paid within days of a contract. Individuals who bring more business escalate into being a percentage part of the sale, with the ability to make $10,000 and up. This is not a get rich quick scheme. This is big business and motivated individuals have the ability to make a lot of money. This business is so unique in the fact that everyone who is part of the sale makes money... the landowner, the broker/you, and the sawmills who resell the timber as hardwoods. What other sales job can you say does the same???
