We are looking to rent (on a temporary basis) the unfurnished* lower unit of our Lakewood double. The unit is large and has 2 bedrooms, a walk-in closet, bathroom, living room, and huge eat-in kitchen (newly remodeled). Utilities and laundry facilities are included in the price. The apartment also has a refrigerator, dishwasher, flat top stove/oven, and free street parking. Cable TV and wireless internet is also available for an additional charge.

The weekly price is $225; the monthly price is $775.

*We can provide incidentals (a hide-a-bed couch, pillows, sheets, blankets, dishes, towels, a tv, etc... for an additional fee).
