$415 STUDIO APT. FOR RENT - SUMMER MONTHS - FROM MAY to SEPTEMBER
I am leaving from Cleveland from May 1st to September 1st. I am looking to sublet my apt. during these months. The cost is $415 per month all included. The person, if interested in the apt. needs to fill out all the forms for the sublease through Montlack Realty.
The apt. is a studio/efficiency apartment. It is small (circa 20 square meters)but very nice and clean, and has everything you need.
It is fully furnished, with a futon, a table and chairs, TV, a walk-in closet, kitchen, etc. The apt. is near Shaker Square - at Kemper Rd and is just 5 minute-drive to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University. 10 minutes drive to Downtown.
There is an outdoor parking lot, and laundry facilities are in the building. Sorry, NO cats or dogs allowed in the building.
