The rent is $635/mo. and will be prorated if you move in mid-month at $250 (a discount!). Security deposit is $200.
Internet and cable is $50 per month if you'd like me to keep it. I will ask $15/mo. for electricity. Water and heat is included -- I hope you won't need heat, but this IS Cleveland.
My apt. is 10 - 15 min. drive to downtown, 2.5 blocks from a rapid train that that will take you anywhere in the city. Near a lot of bus stops.
All sublets will take place through Montlack Realty; your name will be on the lease for the time you're there. The pictures posted come from their website and is exactly like my apartment (I like to think I decorate a little better though!)
