We are looking for a family or older students (not partiers!) to sublease our duplex for any time between June and December. The total rent is $1900/month, not including utilities, but if we can get even a couple of people to help with the rent, we are willing to reduce it, for one individual the rent would be $380 each per month. (We are John Carroll students, studying abroad and don't want to give up our house, but don't want to have to pay the whole rent while we are gone.)
The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, unfinsished basement, large kitchen with lots of kitchen space. It will be left mostly furnished, all appliances, washer and dryer, two-car garage, more off the road parking. It is in walking distance of John Carroll University, CVS, and 15 minute drive to Case Western. It's a very nice house. We prefer no pets, and no smoking.
