I'm looking for a subletter for the months of June and July while I'm out of town (the time is negotiable and the place can be rented from mid-May). The apartment is beautiful, and I will leave it furnished. It has a spacious living room and there is a dining area with kitchen. The apartment is extremely quiet, and it is in walking distance (or 5 mts drive) from the Case campus, University Circle Institutions, University Hospitals, and the Cleveland Clinic. It is also very close to the lively Coventry and Cedar Fairmount areas that have coffee shops, great restaurants, and grocery stores. There is also a circulator that leaves every half an hour from the front of the building and goes to Case and Severance Shopping Center.
We have a playground in front of the building and the area is extremely safe. Lots of people jog or walk around during the day or the evening. You will have access to the gym that belongs to the building, and the building also has a spacious sun-deck.
