I wish to lease out the remaining term of my apartment starting mid May till the end of Aug as I will be moving out of Ohio for a new job. Its a one bedroom home with a step down living room and a large patio with a beautiful view. The community includes covered parking and has a indoor pool as well. My rent is a little more than 700 USD but am willing to settle for 600 USD.
