my apt is officially off-campus, but it's just next to the village and its parking lot. case security office is 5 meters away. really close.
spacious living room/dining room and kitchen, a bathroom
laundry room including washer and dryer and plenty of storage at the basement
heat, water included.
my room has a closet. there might be other 2 suitmates.
