I will stay in another city from the beginning of May to the end of July, so need to sublease my bedroom in a very nice two-bedroom apartment in the East 115th street (a complex opposite to triangle). It is a pretty safe place with 5 mins' walk to almost every school of Case Western Reserve University.
The monthly rent is $545 (including water, gas, heating and parking, electricity, telephone bill and internet). You will share the apartment with a male American roommate who is very nice and clean. Besides there are some furnitures available, like bed, desk, chairs and cabinet.
