I am looking to sublet my bedroom of our huge apartment here in Coventry. I live with three other mellow guys and am located literally right next to Chipotle, Grog Shop, etc. Rent is 296.25 + utilities and includes parking. Parking is shared with one other roommate who has car and is directly behind the apt. Would be available June 1st to Aug 1st.
Large front porch, very large living and dining rooms, hardwood floors, spacious bedroom, internet, 2.5 baths, all with immediate access to Coventry stores/restaurants/bars.
I really love living here, but am going to NYC for an internship this summer. VERY VERY spacious, love the location and front porch during the summer. STAYS COOL.
