I have 2 rooms for sublease from June to August, 2008. My apartment is at 12509 Cedar Road and is on the ground floor. It is very near to Case Western Reserve University. Also, the house is very near to groceries (Dave's Supermarket) and other shops (Starbucks, Aladin's Eatery, Subway etc.). The neighborhood is very pleasant and peaceful.
The rent is $850 (shared by 3 people) per month and includes heat, water. Some utilities like electricity, cooking gas and internet have to be paid for extra (comes to around 20$ per month).
