1 br quiet building, just for the month of june, rent is cheaper than what i pay, but since it's short term, i cut it down...will be out of town the whole month of june, NO UTILITIES TO PAY!!! (just don't go crazy with the cooking gas or leave the lights on all day and night...:) bring your own airbed, i don't have a bed...and when you leave, make sure my place is the way i left it. you can have guests and throw parties, but don't be too loud, or the neighbors will get the police on you... other than that, smoking is allowed in my apt and the building itself. laundary in the basement. cash due up front. specific dates (may 30th to june 23rd) are also available if better for you at a discounted price. thanks :)
