This apartment boasts 800+ square feet. The facilities include basic cable, water, on site (coin-op) laundry, a community pool, keycard access at the main gate, free garage parking, storage area, tons of closet space, on-site management, and an overall quiet and well manicured community.
The living room/dining room is gigantic (when I moved in I cleared out all the
furniture in my parents basement and it fits in with plenty of open space). The area is covered by wall to wall carpeting and switch-activated outlets for your choice of lighting. In the afternoon the room is totally illuminated with sunlight.
The kitchen is small, but extremely well put together: ample cabinet space and an exhaust hood/lighting over the stove.
The bedroom is also magnificently large (the pictures don’t give justice, but I have a queen size bed and I could also fit a full dresser, chest of drawers and nightstand in there with ease). There is also an entire wall of closet space (10+ feet).
The bathroom is very clean. It has two sets of cabinets and all the fixtures are in proper working order.
