Summer rooms available in house located on-campus in University circle. Thirty second walk from University Hospital. Five to ten minute walk from all other CWRU buildings, fifteen minute drive from downtown (and 5 minute walk from train to downtown).
Three rooms are available from May 15th - August (15th or negotiable). Prices, plus utilities, are $400: unfurnished; $500: furnished; $550: furnished (two rooms, bed room and private lounge).
Housing is with three other professional students (Med and Law). Each room has own lock, and storage is available in attic and basement. Cable TV and internet included in utilities (Laid back, non-smokers). Common kitchen, 2 bathrooms, driveway and street parking. We prefer other professional students/hospital residents, but will consider responsible undergraduates.
