I will be doing research away from Cleveland this summer and will need to sublet my apartment which I currently share with my roommate, who will be here intermittently over the summer. We are both students in the med school.
It's a completely furnished 2 bedroom apartment (1 bedroom will be for my roommate) with an extra sun room located within walking distance to both the School of Medicine/Little Italy and the Coventry area. The rent is $450/month and includes gas, water, wireless internet, cable, parking, and laundry. Laundry facilities are in the basement and the garage is right behind the house. There's also a backyard. The price is negotiable!
It will be available for sublet for June and July, but the dates are also negotiable.
I will prefer a female to sublet to as my roommate and I are both girls. She also has a neutered and declawed cat who is very friendly.
