No super neat clean freaks. By no means are we "dirty" but we do not clean every day, we clean once or twice a week, if you must have a spotless home, this is not the place for you.
Smokers ok, as long as it is done in your room or on balcony, NO DRUGS.
We are a younger couple (25 and 21) and would prefer to stay within that general age range, however, we are willing to discuss other ages.
