We're having a peaceful protest tomorrow at 3PM outside the Department of Job and Family Services building in Painesville, OH (177 Main Street) regarding the story below. Carl Monday did a piece on it last week. I've included some info below, and a link to the news story.

Recently, The Hatch family was interviewed for Cleveland, Ohio's 19 Action News about "Frankie," the little boy they've been fostering for more than a year. The child suffered life changing injuries, yet no one has been held accountable for them. His biological parent's account of what happened doesn't add up - they've also broken rules and laws during their visitation with him, without being punished. Now, Child Services wants to send the child back to his parents without being able to ensure that he'll be safe with them. They say that time has run out, and their only concern is reunification. If these agencies were designed to help protect children, why aren't they doing everything they can to find out what really happened? Why do they seem to be ignoring the facts, in order to protect the parents? We those who want the truth in this case to be revealed to stand with us. This cause is also for those who want justice for all victims of child abuse across the U.S. and beyond.

You can view the story - which was reported by Carl Monday - on the 19 Action News website: http://www.woio.com/global/story.asp?s=11394215#
