If you e-mail a request during the normal hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, I will likely respond within an hour or two.
All e-mailed quotes are just quotes. You're giving me information, and I am using that to estimate labor and parts. If the job changes because the information I have isn't accurate, the price may change as well.
I do not typically accept client-provided parts. I've just had way too many complications with people giving me the wrong parts for their vehicles.
I will always get explicit consent from you before work is done. I do require written approval (writing back via e-mail is fine).
This is a legitimate business. I do charge tax. I accept most major credit cards. I also warranty most repairs for at least 12 months / 12,000 miles on parts and labor.
