This was my dad's from the 1933. Great for collectors of antique clothing. It might fit a doll or be used for a real baby. The bottom is attached to the top w/buttons. Snaps on the bottom for easy diaper changing. It is a satin/polyester material. I don't the size - maybe 6 months.
