Beautiful pocket cruiser! for those who aren't familiar with the design, this boat has a swing-keel providing for fantastic sailing performance while remaining easy to trailer and launch. The cabin interior is spacious for its size with a double v-berth that comfortably sleeps two, and quarter berth that is somewhat narrow but very long and can sleep someone quite tall or store all of your sails and travel items. There is a porta-potty that sits in a compartment under the v-berth, but I kept it in my garage and used that space for storage. There are 3 storage compartments in addition to that as well -- two sizeable ones under the v-berth and a smaller one under the quarter berth. THere is also about 8 inches of space under the cockpit that I used to store dinghy paddles and my bilge pump and other long accessories. The cockpit can comfortably seat up to 6 people. There is a deep storage locker on the port side and a smaller locker on the starboard side. There is an aft locker where I store the 5 gallon gas tank.
The boat can be rigged from road-ready to sail-ready by 1-2 people in less than an hour. I've sailed her all over lake Erie and trailered to the NY Finger lakes for a week long trip. Sails like a dream and great for weekend camping/overnights. I am heartbroken to sell but we have purchased a bigger boat and I don't think I will have the time to properly dedicate to both. The boat is located in Akron, OH but is easy to trailer elsewhere.

Beautiful new paint job on hull in 2017 -- Dark Blue
Wiring on the mast is new in 2017, wiring inside was replaced in 2008. The battery is new in 2017 and comes with a solar panel controller already wired and installed, just plug it in and you're good to go anywhere and never run dry on juice.
I never got around to doing the deck, so it shows its age but is solid.
The interior is clean and free of mold. The cushions are original but they are still pretty comfortable.
Tillermaster autohelm, works great, I crossed lake Erie with its help many times.
6hp 4-stroke longshaft Mercury outboard -- I want to say it's 2001, but I'm not certain on that. Runs well, new fuel lines in 2017.
Trailer -- Galvonized, tongue extension, great shape, low miles on the tires, spare tire included, and the bed was replaced in 2010, great shape. It has new lights and wiring in 2017
Port-a-potty -- Never used it, kept it in the garage as I preferred to use the space for storage
There are speakers installed but I have not replaced them. They are not hooked up and would need to be replaced if desired.
5 life jackets and a throwable, new in 2017 -- the type that keep you legal but aren't terribly fashionable
Portable swim ladder
Fenders in serviceable condition
Other safety equipment updated in 2017.
This boat is in fantastic ready-to-sail condition. I never put a name on it after the new paint job, so you're all set to rename as you please. It's been stored heated indoors over the winter and is ready for the next owner to love and enjoy. I'm going to post my number funny to try and decrease the amount of robo-calls and spam (I'm also selling my motorcycle and the spam response has been almost unbearable), but please feel free to call and leave a message with any questions, I'm generally available after 6pm Eastern time.
