MTI (USA Made) Safe-T-Alert 62 Series Carbon Monoxide Alarm 62-542-MARINE - 12 Volt Hard wired. New in sealed Pack. We bought the wrong type as this is a flush mount not surface mount. The Surface Mount version of Safe T Alert's 62-541 Mini Carbon Monoxide Alarm that is 12 vDC Hard wire. The alarms' end of life begins after installation. Keep in mind folks should replace CO alarms after 5 years of use. Alarm Mute button silences alarm while boat is ventilated.
