This "THE NEW ERECTOR" E.C. GILBERT COMPANY INSTRUCTION BOOKLET has been stored for many years. It has several torn places that are missing the paper like the front cover bottom right hand corner, the fourth page into the booklet is torn on the top right hand corner, and the spine has a hole in the middle where a staple had been as well as the bottom left hand cover of the cover page by the spine. Someone used a hole puncher to punch holes in the top right from the cover through the first seven pages. I do not know how many pages is supposed to be in this booklet but I am assuming that two pages are missing from the beginning. There are 22 pages in this booklet. It is approximately 10 1/2" x 6 3/4". I estimate the booklet from being printed around the 1940s, This is a collector's item. Please view the photos where you can see the condition of a few of the pages and the creases on the cover. Most of the pages are in decent condition. Serious buyers only should inquire for price.
